This could be especially suitable for those living in the near Asia-Pacific region and New Zealand. This course is not only suitable for those wanting to improve their homebrewing skills but for those contemplating starting their own pub or micro brewery.
The course is specially designed to have a practical component where students can participate in brewing on a 500 Liter brew-house to produce a craft beer for sale to the public. Some beer is also bottled and kegged for instruction of the student and the bottled beer can be taken by the student.
A tour of a local microbrewery is also included where all the course theory can be seen in practice.
The course is usually held at a prominent 4-5 star Hotel conference room with adjoining microbrewery.
