1. The 1 day Brewing Essentials course
A step-by-step course is designed for the home-brewer who has some experience with extract or grain brewing and wishes to learn about the basic methods and procedures in a succinct one day course to produce more rounded flavoursome beers without having to invest a longer period of time in the Masterbrew course. This course forms a good foundation to the more advanced Masterbrew course
Topics include
Overview of the entire grain brewing process
Malts, Hops, yeast and water and how they affect flavour
Learn how to clean and sanitise your equipment
Learn how to build your own Herms brewing system
Learn the pros and cons of gravity, HERMS, RIMS and BIAB systems

2. The 4 day Masterbrew course
Designed for the home-brewer who has had some experience with extract brews and some all grain brewing and wishes to learn the finer points of full grain mash brewing and the production of more rounded flavoursome beers. This course can be taken up as a stand alone course or as a way to fast-track your progress from the Essentials course.

A well designed and comprehensive course for the more initiated.
